अपने ही ग्राहकों को लूटती है यह कंपनी - अपनो को लूटने में बड़ा मजा आता है

एसएमसी ग्लोबल सिक्योरिटीज लिमिटेड नामक एक कंपनी है. दिल्ली की है. यह शेयर कारोबार का धंधा करती है. इसने काफी संख्या में अपने साथ कस्टमर जोड़े हैं. इस कंपनी में काम करने वालों ने अपने कई कस्टमर्स के एकाउंट से पैसे निकालकर बिना उनकी सहमति के शेयरों में लगा दिया. घाटा होने पर जिम्मेदारी कस्टमर की हो जाती है और फायदा हुआ तो उसे कंपनी वाले खुद रख लेते हैं.
इस घपले को उन ग्राहकों ने पकड़ा जिनका पैसा उनकी बिना सहमति से शेयरों में लगा दिया गया और घाटा होने पर कंपनी वाले चुप बैठ गए. एकाउंट में पैसे कम होने पर जब ग्राहकों ने तहकीकात की तो उन्हें फ्राड की जानकारी लगी. ग्राहकों ने विरोध करना शुरू किया और कंपनी की शिकायत सेबी में करने की धमकी दी तो उन्हें घाटे की भरपाई के लिए आधी रकम देने का वादा किया गया. मतलब, कंपनी ग्राहक से सीधे डील कर डूब गए रकम में आधा देकर पल्ला झाड़ लेती है. इसी तरह के घपले के शिकार हुए एक सज्जन ने सारी कहानी और सुबूत भड़ास4मीडिया के पास भेजा है. पहले उनका पत्र पढ़िए और उसके नीचे उनके द्वारा भेजे गए सुबूत को देखिए-पढ़िए और सुनिए.....

Hi Bhadas4Media, I am som shekhar singh from Varanasi but living right now in Gurgaon. I have news for you. As you know SMC Global securities Ltd, Delhi is a company that deals in share market. Now I want to tell you that how this company frauds costumers by doing trading without customer’s consent and do big loss to customers and when customers collects solid proofs against these frauds and goes to SEBI/  NSE/ BSE to launch complaints to take action against them then these organizations do nothing but try to settle the matter at 50%. That means these organizations are encouraging these companies for doing frauds.

RICRC (NSE) & SMC both are saying that SMC has done fraud, I have strong proofs to nail SMC but if I want to settle the matter at 50% of loss then RICRC will help me otherwise I should go to civil court if I want my full amount back.


I am sending the case history of the fraud, recording of the confirmation calls & mobile bill details which proves that recordings have been manipulated because the duration of the recordings are less than actual call duration (as you can see in mobile bill, SMC phone number is 011-30453600).
